We offer a series of quality RF amplifier modules designed for broadband applications requiring excellent linearity, low noise, and low distortion characteristics. Specifically intended for CATV market requirements, our forward amplifiers operate over a frequency ranges of 40 to 550 MHz, 750MHz and 870MHz, reverse amplifiers operate over a frequency range of 5 to 50 MHz, 100 MHz and 200 MHz, both at a voltage supply of 24 V (DC) with standard SOT115J (Motorola 714Y-03) package. The hybrid modules are employing either GaAs or Si dies that are manufactured by reputable internationally recognized companies.

Our amplifier modules are pin to pin compatible to industry standard components manufactured by companies like Motorola and Philips. We are competing very well with these companies in China's market because of our high quality and low cost products.
